Yes. Patent offices accept applications filed by inventors ("pro se"). What sinks pro se filings is missing sections, malformed claims, and formatting errors - exactly what PatentExpress drafts for you. You provide the invention; the AI provides the structure. And you can add a licensed patent attorney's review at any point before filing.
Provisional ($199) locks your date for 12 months at the lowest cost but is never examined - you must convert it within the year. Standard utility ($995) is the full examined application most inventors file. Accelerated utility ($1,795 plus the office's fast-lane fee) is the same application moved to the front of the line - in the US, Track One targets a final decision in about 12 months instead of 2–3 years.
